Coming Soon (October 2007) Spencer's Crossing is a new housing development near Murrieta located in the French Valley area. This new development is a Lennar homes "Planned" community. Spencer's Crossing features the "Rockwell", "Livingston" and "Hathaway" new home developments. The entry-level pricing on the new French Valley homes is still unpublished, however, I estimate the new homes will be similar to the new Murrieta Home prices, possibly between $500,000 and $700,00. That estimate is based on similar new homes in the Murrieta area and will be dependant on the model and options taken at the time you purchase your new home. The Spencer's Crossing Rockwell plan features four separate floor plans. Residence's one, three and four are all two level homes and Residence two is a single level home. The square footage of the Rockwell plans range from approximately 2500-2800 square feet. Residence two has a two bath plan while one, three and four all have three baths. The Rockwell homes at spencer's crossing come in traditional, spanish and craftsman styles. Spencer's Crossing also features the "Livingston" model homes. Livingston also has four floor plans with a variety of options. Similar to the Rockwell plans all models except Residence two are two level homes. The Livingston plans range from approximately 2000-2400 square feet. All Livingston models come standard with a three car garage except Residence two. Residence two has a two car garage with storage. The new homes at Spencer's Crossing also features the "Hathaway" model homes. Hathaway has three floor plans with a variety of new home options. All models in the Hathaway plan are two level homes. The Hathaway models range from approximately 3100-4000 square feet. Residence's two and three come with a four bay tandem split garage while residence one comes with a three bay split garage. The new Spencer's crossing homes are located near the Temecula wine country and the Diamond Valley recreational area. When the new homes are completed there will be approximately 1,600 new homes covering over 600 acres. This French Valley development will have it's own recreation center, an olympic size swimming pool, parks and shopping. A new shopping center in close proximity to Spencers Crossing is the French Valley Village Center . The Village Center shopping center is close to the new home area in Winchester and has a Stater Brothers, CVS pharmacy a drive through Starbucks and much more, visit the French Valley Village Center page for more information. According to the information provided, students living in Spencer's Crossing will attend schools from the Murrieta Valley Unified School District , the Menifee Union School District and the Perris Union High School District. One of the shopping areas near Spencer's Crossing is the Silverhawk Shopping Area. The individual shopping centers are The Plaza at Silverhawk, Silverhawk, Silverhawk Summit, Sky Canyon Plaza and the Mesa Village Shopping Center.
